Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have specific rights over the personal data RunVerified holds about you.
What you can do
- Access: Get a copy of all data we hold about you
- Correct: Fix any data that's wrong
- Delete: Have your data removed entirely
- Export: Receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Object: Stop us using your data for specific purposes
- Withdraw consent: Change your mind about analytics or marketing
How to exercise your rights
For any of the above, email privacy@runverifiedapp.com with:
- Your request (which right you're exercising)
- The email address you used to sign up
We respond within 30 days, as required by law.
For account deletion specifically, you can also click "unsubscribe" in any email we send you and we'll delete your data automatically.
Filing a complaint
If you believe we've mishandled your data, you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection at cpdp.bg.
